STEFANO'S
WINES
The cellar door at 25 Deakin Avenue is designed to showcase and
offer tastings of the Stefano de Pieri wine range.

Stefano’s wines are made with grapes sourced in Mildura and various
other locations, like the Clare, King and Barossa Valleys. The grapes
are processed at Cellar Master’s Dorrien Estate in the Barossa under
the supervision of senior winemaker John Schwartzkopff.
Increasingly, Stefano is looking at hand pruning and harvesting,
resulting in better quality grapes. Stefano is interested in blending
traditional varieties with newcomers to Australia like Sangiovese,
Pinot Grigió, etc. and developing a market for new products like
Moscato and Pinot Grigió Rosé.
Stefano’s range has two objectives: to be affordable and to be suitable
for food. These wines are generally light, fresh and of medium body.
The cellar door is open seven days a week.
