Stefano’s Early Harvest Frantoio Olive oil
We have had the pleasure of sourcing our top quality fruit from throughout the whole range of Victorian microclimates giving a rich selection to enhance the varietal fruit characteristics . We harvested this year’s single Italian varietal Frantoio when the fruit was not fully ripe. As a result we have a typically bold and robust extra virgin olive oil. An aromatic oil with splendid fruit flavors and overtones of pepper on the back palate together with a complementary mild bitterness.
